Rhodium provides the following services into your leasing arrangements when requested.
Scheduled Servicing
A built-in allowance covering the cost of the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule per the vehicle handbook e.g. the cost of a service every 6 months / 10,000 kms. You are able to have your vehicle serviced at any authorised repair centre at your convenience provided that the repairer will contact Rhodium for authorisation prior to completing any work, and provided that the repairer will send the invoice to us once completed.
Tyres and Other Maintenance
The replacement cost of tyres and any other maintenance that is expected to be used during the term of your lease. Other maintenance and the number of tyres must be specified to Rhodium prior to commencing the lease as what you specify is the only other maintenance Rhodium will authorise and pay for automatically. For example on a lease that is expected to travel more that 50,000kms, a provision for tyres and front and rear brake pads should be included.
Under an Operating lease structure, you’ll generally be invoiced directly for any tyres or additional maintenance Rhodium has paid for on your behalf.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance is an optional component available within our leases that gives you 24 hour access to our membership program if a vehicle breaks down. This Roadside Assistance is provided through NRMA and may use affiliates from states other than ACT / NSW such as RACV, RACQ etc.
Our Roadside Assistance program does however attract a callout fee per usage due to the membership program Rhodium offers.
Some manufacturers offer Roadside Assistance as a part of the purchase price / vehicle warranty on some makes and models of vehicles, which should be investigated to determine if our roadside assistance program is required.
