Rhodium Wind Down
The owner of Rhodium, the ACT Government, has decided to wind down Rhodium.
As part of the wind down of existing leases the management of your lease may be transferred to a new service provider later in 2009. We will provide you with further detailed information if and when this occurs later in the year.
Until then, Rhodium will continue to provide full support to these leases.
Whether your lease remains under the management of Rhodium or transfers to an alternative provider, your lease will continue to be managed to maturity in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Finance Lease you have signed with Rhodium and the new provider must still fully comply with all of the lessor obligations under the lease. You will suffer no financial penalty as a result of the transfer of your lease to an alternate provider.
Rhodium will be no longer be offering any new or replacement novated leases to existing or new customers, except for a limited time for ACT Government public servants.
For ACT Government public servants that have an existing novated lease, Rhodium will, up to the 30th September 2009, provide a replacement lease or a refinance of an existing lease, providing that the new or refinanced lease end date does not occur past 30th June 2011.
For non ACT Government lease holders and ACT Government lease holders not covered by the above that will be seeking a new lease after expiry of their current lease, Rhodium suggests that you contact your employer's HR section for suggestions about where to source your next lease.
